I am proud with myself. I vacuumed the house today, I did laundry (helped by the washing machine.lol) almost all of my shirts was thrown into the machine, well need to kill the germ and bacteria.. I cleaned up the room..

eh sure boh even arginine amino acid also in green barley merr??
er.. I quote from net de. And arginine is even found in chocolate and dairy products ETC. If spinach has arginine (yes it has), why not green barley?
Interesting Post. Manuka Honey is definitely gaining a lot of notoriety for its amazing healing properties. We'll be seeing a lot more of it in the future.
